 Many times one of us will need someone to help
with odd jobs
for just one time or many. Perhaps we
need help with our yard, planting
flowers, cleaning windows,
baby-sitting, house or pet sitting, painting , need a tutor or
would be willing to tutor. The list could be endless!
This is a convenient way to help our youth or an adult
offering to do a service or for us to find that
"special" help.
We can also list something we have for sale
or a give-away.

on different services they have used and would recommend:

service will be rated from 1-5 with 5 being the best.

Kelliwood Gardens Swimming Pool: usage:
***Kelliwood Terrace does not have their
own swimming pool. However,
we may be part of
the swimming pool at Kelliwood
Gardens
for a fee of $125 / year. It is a very nice pool and
tennis courts. If
you are interested in this,

Manito Circle Park:
Kelliwood Terrace has a 3 acre park with
walking paths, benches, and a butterfly garden.
We added a playground in 2008 to our park. We have added 2
picnic tables with
umbrellas in March 2011

Good Information to have
PIN NUMBER REVERSAL (GOOD TO KNOW)
If you
should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw
money from
an ATM
machine, you can notify the police by entering
your Pin # in reverse.
For example if your pin number is 1234 then
you would put in 4321. The ATM recognizes
that your pin number is backwards from the ATM
card you placed in the machine.
The machine will
still give
you the money you requested, but unknown to
the robber,
the police will be immediately dispatched to
help you.
This information was recently broadcasted on
TV and it states that it is seldom used
because
people don't know it exists.
Please pass this along to everyone possible.

Boy
Scout Troop
584 Flag Fundraiser:
This year our flag project has been divided into 2 sections. We have 2 scouts
doing this and to make it
easier, please send your request for a flag to
todipaws@earthlink.net
and I will make sure the correct scout gets your information and they
will
contact you.
The Boy Scouts are
participating in a Flag Fundraiser.
The project consists of a Scout
putting a
flag in a subscriber's yard (by the street) early in the morning
on seven flag
holidays (Presidents' day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,
Veterans' Day,
Flag Day and
9-11).
The flag would be taken down the night of the holiday.
This
is a service and costs $30/ year.
